If you need to pay via Check, contact the PRP Treasurer, Nathan Carter, at [email protected] and/or Vice President for Tournament, Rolland Petrello ASAP so he can share details with you. PRP schools needing to pay via Check MUST send in their Check 7 days before arrival. To assist with this knowing your room needs earlier would be helpful. If you pay via credit card the hotel will require each school provide a copy of the card to be used for room and taxes prior to arrival. The hotel will provide a unique link to each school after the deadline posted on FTN to enter your rooming needs. It will take the hotel 5-8 business days after this deadline to send out the unique link to each school to provide the card number in advance.
Reminders About Invoices From The Hotel After The Tournament Concludes
The hotel cannot provide a copy of your final invoices upon checkout. Instead, the hotel will provide the invoices/receipts 5-7 business days after the tournament concludes, allowing them time to run an audit that all appropriate charges were applied to each school’s folio prior to generating and invoice. Don't hesitate to contact Nathan, Phi Rho Pi Treasurer, if you have concerns or questions.
