Bossard-Twohy Award for Parliamentary Debate

The Bossard-Twohy Award is named after Allan Bossard and Kevin Twohy. The award is presented to the team who exhibits the finest qualities in Parliamentary Debate at the National Tournament.
Allan Bossard served as Director of Forensics at Ricks College in Idaho. Kevin Twohy served as Director of Forensics at Diablo Valley College in Northern California. Both of these coaches were outstanding debate coaches and respected by all in the organization. |
